13-09-2024: We came as a family to relax to the spa. Our child could not enter the spa but the pool area only because he is 2 weeks short of being the age allowed into the spa..., so we as parents had to take turns between the spa and pool area, not being able to enjoy the spa full time but only half (they could have offered a single ticket for both parents because of this), and it was also hard to traverse between the pool and spa area since the bracelects/gate system they use is one time in and out only. After my wife tried to go to the pool area a second time she could not enter because of this and asked for a new bracelet, she was being yelled at that she was wrong by the lady at the reception in front of other people, very upsetting. Also we had to find out for ourselves that the towels needed to be rented, nobody told us anything about this before entering the spa without towels. On top of all this we had to upgrade for the sauna area. After upgrading, my wife got removed from the sauna area by personnel because she was wearing a bathing suit. Again this was not communicated before the purchase and they would not reverse this upgrade because we took too long to report it, but this was because of the issue we had with traversing between the pool and spa area. Even after requesting to undo this sauna charge politely because we did not use it they refused. The only thing these people can say is rules are rules... We had everything but a relaxing few hours.
